Terrible customer service

This hat didn’t fit and wasn’t the style I was looking for. I emailed the company the day it arrived to ask for a return label. No response. I have now emailed three times with one response saying they would send a return label which never came. Now I’m out for the money and stuck with a hat that doesn’t fit. If I could give zero stars I would.
